    Penny?
how does this monthly free manicure works?
do you ask them the survey every month? or every 3 months or 6 months?
and how do you pick a client from a draw? (sorry for silly question)
and how much gap of days do you keep to end the draw? b
i have just registered on survey monkey and taking the questions for survey you shared above in the lesson.

Saying that i realise that i have feedback form at the end of my website page. and i don’t know how to make use of it. I think only people who wants to leave the feedback will do so but only when they are on my website, i guess i would be needing this survey monkey site to get the feedback.

      Hi!

As per the lesson, I send an email to my regulars once every 6 months.

To draw the winner. I count the number of responses, go to random.org and generate a random number and then click through that many responses. You could also write their names on paper and create a video for social media showing your drawing the winner.

What do you mean about a gap of days?

Does the feedback form send you an email when people respond? Has anyone ever used it?

    Hi Penny,
sorry for the confusion, i got the answer, once in 6 months as you mentioned.
yes it does send an email back and i had a trial check as i asked my friend to fill in the form for me to see what it does. i feel it was good to know as it has the star rating, and feedback box to leave comments,. but i noticed that no one actually uses it. Wondering if i should even have that on the first place?

The people on your website either haven’t booked with you before, so can’t give feedback, or they’ve been to you before so they know everything they need to know and are just jumping on to make a booking. It’s the wrong place for a feedback form – think, how do you get it in front of a recent client?

yes i will think over it , but i feel it is better i take it off from my website.
    thanks you Penny.
