I have a question..
do we have to put the questions that we have to ask them in post itself or do it later after getting the people to book in? I hope my question makes sense here. Thankyou.
I don’t think I’ll do this one. I know I’ve worked so damn hard to make myself accessible. All prices and contact details are super easy to find on my website. Also on my fb and ig pages me prices are pinned, and my contact details updated. I have a google pin and my google business page is up to date with my email, phone, booking link and price lists. I’ve done enough and enough SEO to know that when you google Zaytia my business comes up with all those details. Also if you fb search it, and ig search it. I’ve even gone a step further to ensure it’s accessible if you simply google “Whangarei makeup artist” or “Whangarei beauty salon” my next big task is to update all of my seo so I come up when you google “Whangarei lashes” or “Whangarei nails”
The only way you could miss any of these ways of contacting me directly/booking with me is if you don’t have a computer or phone.
Fair enough! Looking at your website I could definitely work out how to book, although the Book Online page was a big overwhelming with several blocked out sections and two different places that scroll so if I was tired or stressed I’d probably call even though I love online booking.
Yeah, changing the top bit about payment to something less intrusive is on my list of things to do. But I cant change the booking widget layout and its the only system within my budget that allows me to do everything I need it to do. but maybe I should do a “how to book” Story or video showing how to do it? I really wish you had to click on the left and then only those services showed up on the right instead of it being a massive list that you can scroll right through
Which system is it? I do like it overall. The payment bit was a bit confronting for sure, maybe bump that up the priorities list haha – I love that you have high standards for your clients though!
