    3. Not cross-contaminating – dipping hand or used spatula into container.

What are three things you really need to continue to work on?
    1. Slowing down my massage and treatment movements so it is more relaxing.
    2. Removing scrubs effectively while also not taking too long.
    3. Remembering not to put cuticle oil over a fresh traditional polish manicure.

What are three things you will never forget?

    2. Scrub, then Mask, then Massage.
    3. Always warm the product in your own hands first before applying it to the client.

What advice would you give to a newbie starting this Module?
    1. Experiment on yourself with the products. learn how they feel, what it feels like to apply a cold product compared to a warm one. Practice the movements and motions to understand how you want the client to feel when you do it on them. If you personally know what the products are like you can be more confident applying them to others.
