  1. What are three things you’ve absolutely nailed in this Module?

    1. I think my length and shaping for a nail bitter was good for their natural nails

    2. Form placement on a nail bitter

    3. Nicely blended baby boomer nails

    What are three things you really need to continue to work on?
    1. Sculpting lunulas

    2. Getting a more of a C Curve on a shorter nail

    3. Being super gentle on a nail bitter

    What are three things that really surprised you?

    1. You can sculpt a lunula! Never would of thought of doing that

    2. Nail bitters acrylic nails don’t usually last as well

    3. That white and cover pink acrylic blend together nicely

    What are three things you will never forget?

    1. Use one bead of white if possible

    2. Blend your cover pink with blush pink at the cuticle for better adhesion

    3. Be extra gentle around the cuticle when filing

    What advice would you give to a newbie starting this Module?

    1. The cuticle area is so important to have good lasting nails! Perfect this and your apex and you’ll have strong, beautiful nails!

    1. Applying my forms

    2. Doing active length on a nail biter

    3. Getting a clean cuticle

    What are three things you really need to continue to work on?
    1. Getting a tight c curve when using forms

    2. My timing

    3. Not filing too early and end up flicking acrylic under the tip

    What are three things that really surprised you?

    1. How different it was doing cuticle work on a nail biter

    2. How much harder it is to apply forms on a nail biter because of the inflamed skin

    3. That acrylic doesn’t really last well on a nail biter

    What are three things you will never forget?

    1. Sellotape helps you put on a form better on a nail biter if they have inflamed skin

    2. Use a new buffer when buffing a nail biter so you don’t push too hard

    3. To be more gentle on a nail biter and take extra care when doing prep

    What advice would you give to a newbie starting this Module?

    1. Nail biters may seem daunting at first but it is actually really rewarding when you can watch the process over time to getting someone beautiful nails and helping them in their nail journey

    1. Blending cover to clear
    2. A sense for “good” and “throw away” beads
    3. Cuticle application

    1. Structure overall
    2. Consistent shape & length
    3. Speed

    What are three things that really surprised you?
    1. How quick acrylic can set up
    2. How strong acrylic is
    3. That the monomer smell didn’t trouble me as much as it might

    What are three things you will never forget?
    1. Take care of my acrylic brush!
    2. Ratio is so important
    3. That pretty much anything can be encapsulated in an acrylic nail

    What advice would you give to a newbie starting this Module?
    1. Don’t expect to get good acrylics fast, it takes a looooot of practice to build a knack for them I found

    1. Getting the right length to match the natural nail length so it’s not to long.

    2. Applying forms

    3. Using sticky tape to help with nail biters nails.

    What are three things you really need to continue to work on?
    1. My timing needs to be faster

    2. Structure can always improve

    3. Making sure I have nice tight c curves

    What are three things that really surprised you?

    1. The sellotape trick with nail biters

    2.the speed acrylic sets

    3. Acrylic doesn’t last aslong on a nail biter

    What are three things you will never forget?

    1. To make sure your bead is correct, don’t use it if it’s not.

    2. Be gentle on a nail biter

    3. Look after your brush so it doesn’t set with acrylic in it!

    What advice would you give to a newbie starting this Module?

    1. Be patient with acrylic, good things take time!!

    1.Doing a set of acrylics on a nail biter

    2.Getting a clean cuticle

    3.I wasnt sure how my nail biters nails would look finished but i was really pleased with the result

    What are three things you really need to continue to work on?
    1.My smile lines….The bane of my life lol

    2.C curves definately getting better …slowly

    3.Filing always filing

    What are three things that really surprised you?

    1.The puffiness around a nail biters finger nails.

    2.How a person can actually bite there nails down so short.. It looks painful

    3.The cellotape thing … that is great

    What are three things you will never forget?

    1.You have to have the bead just right or its not going to work!

    2.How much i really donot like french acrylic…However I am not giving up ever till i perfect them!

    3.Practice makes perfect with forms

    What advice would you give to a newbie starting this Module?

    Well if you are this far along I say well done you can see light at the end of the acrylic tunnel….Never give up

      I’m SO proud of you, I know how much perseverance this has taken you and it is SO fun to watch it pay off

    – how a bead with the wrong ration can really effect the acrylic getting stuck in your brush
    – practice makes perfect
    Advice:
    Acrylic is super hard to work with, don’t beat yourself up if it’s not perfect.. keep trying, once you get the hang of it its super fun to work with!
