Matte top coat can be used in place of Glossing gel when finishing off a colour application on the natural nail or over nail enhancements. It can also be used as a nail art tool to give different design finishes to Colour Gloss and Chrome Pen.
Matte Soak Off Top Coat is easy to use and is LED curable. Simply apply and cure for 30 seconds in the Artistic LED Cure Box.
