What are three things that really surprised you?

    1. How much the top coat was affected by client moving in the 1 minute “hold still” period

    2. The effect of shock curing dip

    3. Using gel base coat as adhesion layer for glitter

What are three things you will never forget?

    1. That dip can be tricky!

    2. 100 grit buffing is essential to get gel adhering to dip

    3. That if a top coat is being used for shine, those hands have to be STILL for the 1 and 4 minute wait times.

What advice would you give to a newbie starting this Module?

    1. If it doesn’t make sense, rewrite the steps for yourself in your own words as you watch the video. Taking notes of my observations helped the process to solidify in my mind.
