Imagine walking into a basic salon in the middle of a busy mall. 6 Nail Techs, no booking necessary.
Now, imagine the SAME salon, BUT – close the door and block off the noise. Add some fairy lights and plants, some art that isn’t a stock image. Light some incense. Put on some music. Have a conversation with the person providing your service.
Generally, it’s not hard to improve a customer’s experience, and the more you think about it the more you realise how much you are willing to pay for experiences.
Make sure when you create marketing content, that you show the VALUE, not just the SERVICE. When someone calls to book, if they’ve already seen the value they won’t think twice about the price.
It’s your job to make sure they know what they’re getting for their money, and that’s how you earn it.
