   I think there’s a question that needs checking in the Practice 1 assessment, too. Q74 about the characteristics of hard gel includes ‘soak off removal’ instead of ‘file off only’ in the answer.

      The questions asks you to choose the characteristics that apply to Hard Gel – ‘soak off removal’ doesn’t, so you don’t tick it 🙂

   I know, but I didn’t tick it and I got it wrong. When I reviewed the question, it says I should have chosen ‘soak off removal’. There are a few like this in the mock tests, which make things a bit confusing. I just thought I’d let you know so you can go through them again and check that all the answers are correct 🙂

   Hi Penny, In Test 2, Q73 the answer to “When you can apply hard gel over soft gel?” is “To add strength.”, but in Test 3 Q91 is the smae and the answer is “Never.” Which is the correct answer? Thanks

      Hi Marijke, They both have the same answer in the backend, maybe you misread it? I can’t give the answer away here or everyone will know without studying 🙂 But it’s definitely the same in both tests.

   Hi just wondering in regards to all the questions on the assessment, so Penny are you saying that those queries may just be incorrect answers and that there aren’t actually any issues with the questions in the assessment themselves ?

      You can click through to the real assessment at any time, and you can click ‘Complete Course’ at any time after your course shows over 90% completion on the side 🙂

   Hi Penny, so you receive all the results from the practice assessments and do you provide any feedback or is it just held for your records?

   Also, regarding the product knowledge questions? If we don’t purchase that content can we still answer the questions on it as I notice you’ve said it’s not compulsory but there are questions on it in the assessment ?

      Hi, We don’t see your Practice Assessment results, they’re just internal/inside your course content. When you finish the assessment you’ll be able to click through and review it and see explanations of most questions.

      Regarding Product Knowledge, if you don’t purchase the PK Module for $1, you can still attempt, answer and pass the Theory Assessment, you just might find it easier to pass after you’ve done the practical modules too, since they also cover the Product Knowledge info. The questions it affects aren’t specifically JUST about the product, they’re general questions where additional product knowledge would have helped.

    sorry Penny was going to say disregard those questions was late for me and i didn’t read up properly x Thank you I have one more question each time i redo the real assessment does it affect the previous grade? or will it just update to the current percent if i pass the one before ? I am aiming to get 100% 🙂 or something over 95 lol. Warm regards Dee

       Nope, we just always keep the highest score, so even if your grade goes down, we won’t record a decrease. I’ve seen all your attempts coming through, you’re doing so well!

    Hi Penny, I have a question can I attempt many times or just can attempt one time for the real assessment? and other question If I complete my whole module but don’t complete the real assessment so still can I press the complete course button and order a certificate?

       You can attempt the real assessment every 12 hours until your 12-month Study Period expires 🙂
       If you complete the module but not the assessment, you can order a certificate with a module sticker but not an assessment sticker

    Hi Penny, I just tried the first practice assessment – not as bad as i thought it would be HOWEVER, every time i click NEXT it takes a good 3-5 seconds for the page to load and I ran out of time!!!

    My WIFI is fine, but I do notice every time I log into this course, I have that issue??? I also noticed that when I went to check a question, I wasn’t able to tick an answer as it just wouldn’t allow me? I wasn’t receiving any information to actually check the answer either and only used 3 checks? None of them worked 🙁

    ANY ADVICE WOULD BE HELPFUL PLEASE AS I WANT TO GET THIS DONE. I will post to facebook, but I find it quite frustrating as I probably won’t get an answer tonight and I only have one day to do this now….. thanks though in advance.

    Hi Penny, I just wondering if I don’t get 80% mark on the real assessment, can I redo the test until I pass the 80% mark ? Just like the practical theory assessment ?
